Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Items damaged during shipping may be returned and exchanged for similar items.

You can return items via mail.  Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.  A copy of the on-line receipt and/or email confirming purchase must be included with the item.

Please include your complete name and mailing address inside the return packaging in order to ensure speedy replacement.

Items must be returned within 30 days. 

No refunds will be given unless the item purchased is no longer in stock and cannot be reordered. In this event your credit card will be credited will your full purchase amount, including shipping, within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.

The George W. Bush Childhood Home is a non-profit corporation and relies on private and corporate donations, tour sales and Gift Shop sales to meet its expenses.
